If I could give them zero stars, I would. They gave me a system that does not work immediately. When I start blowing into it. It shows red and I have to restart. It takes me anywhere from 15-30 minutes to start my car most times. Even when I’m driving and it asked me to blow I still have to blow into it for 15 to 30 minutes. They suck. Customer service sucks, billing sucks, if they charge you something on accident and you try to get a credit for it. Don't have no idea how to resolve it. They only ask you to submit an incident report ticket which resolves absolutely nothing, only to have to do it again and again with no resolution. They raise their rates as they please and blame it on the service contractor but in reality the contractors are remitting the increase rates to the company.
dont even bother. ive never hated a company more in my entire life.
Turn around and run far far away. They have a system. I’ll tell you they really can’t do much for you that you have to talk to the service shop. The service shop to the service department, two completely different companies. I’ve never been an alcoholic. I am a recovered drug addict, That being said I’ve got three “violations” for simply being in my car and talking on the phone. Those violations cost $350. Trash equipment, trash company, trash customer service, constantly will violate you and take your money, even when their system pulls down your battery and you have to jump start, it's a violation. How do you bring a device to the attention of a tech if you can't start your vehicle because of the trash equipment. Trash customer service. Trash company.
