Turn around and run far far away. They have a system. I’ll tell you they really can’t do much for you that you have to talk to the service shop. Trash equipment, trash company, trash customer service, constantly will violate you and take your money, even when their system pulls down your battery and you have to jump start, it's a violation. How do you bring a device to the attention of a tech if you can't start your vehicle because of the trash equipment. Trash customer service. Trash company.
Roadguard interlock is the worst company in the history of all companies to exist in the entire world. I would have better luck getting Jesus himself to respond to me when reaching out. Although the device itself is small and has an appealing look-- I recommend spending your money at any other interlock business, because once you're in-- the Employees of RoadGuard Ignition Interlock will make sure to make your life a living hell
Draeger has gone downhill the techs are great but whatever is going on software side is screwing everything up. Used to take 30 minutes to recalibrate tops, now I'm lucky if I'm out in an hour or I have to leave my car there until they can get it done. At one point I didn't get my car back for 3 days. Doesn't help that their customer service guys leave the techs on hold for hours
