Roadguard interlock systems are garbage. I had to violations in one day because the handset would not let me retest, cable was just changed due to not working properly, now the handset is bad. Very dangerous while on the roadway having to pull over due to your car horns blasting due to their faulty installation process and used junk. With roadguard you pay monthly for junk equipment. Reshard Williams is professional, friendly, and very helpful. He made an otherwise negative experience much easier to deal with. He worked with me to get all my appointments scheduled, treated me with respect, and made the whole process feel less stressful. I’ve really appreciated his customer service.
This 12months of having a interlock device inside my vehicle was a very stressful task most definitely a learning lesson it’s not worth it at all I want to say thanks to the technician Reshard Williams for outstanding work and encouraging advice that really got me by aswell thanks I give his service a 5star all time….
