I went here for my interlock for 19 months and Kevin was always good to me and took great care of me.
I had to do 12 months with the interlock. I chose this place due to it being cheaper in the long run. The technician was a great guy to work with. He told you up front what you can and can't do. These are the rules, and there are no shortcuts. I had an issue after hours, and I called and left a message. Kevin called me back and explained I had to let a sensor dry due to the automatic car wash. He wasn't mad or hateful. He was professional. When 12 months came around, I couldn't figure out why I wasn't able to get it removed.... read more
As the mother to a daughter who needed this service, I can say without a doubt, Kevin is someone who's very professional and truly cares about his clients. She must have called Kevin 20 times with questions. Every single time, he was kind and reassuring. We bypassed other places closer to home due to his reputation, and am so happy we did.
