We purchased an e-bike online and attempted to assemble it ourselves, but we encountered a few issues. One of these may have been a manufacturer error, and we also accidentally broke a brake component. Fixed my tire in under 15 minutes and are some of the nicest people I’ve met. She even took pictures of inside the tire to explain what they fixed! Will continue to come here and refer others!

We're a family of four and have had about six repairs of various kinds done here, including on a Trek electric bike. It's also a good place to get a helmet. This is a shop that doesn't try to upsell. If you bring in an old crummy bike they will call it a "veteran" and just fix whatever's broken without saying "you really need a $200 tuneup". It's a great asset for the neighborhood!

Used draco bikes solely for repairs to my pedal bike (old fashioned) more than once....very happy with their service and repairs...very accommodating, fixed my problems, no hassle and recommended to anyone needing help with their bike.....they appear to perform similar services on electric (lazy man's) bikes also....check their opening hours!!
