I walked into Dr. Wine on First Avenue between 69th and 70th and fortunately, Tyanna was able to suggest which bottles of red wine would be perfect for our friend’s dinner party. I enjoyed talking with Tyanna, who was very knowledgeable and made my shopping experience enlightening.
The woman tonight was incredibly rude. They were out of what I ordered TWICE and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of me going there in the snow she instead had major attitude. She also lied to my face that she called Uber to refund me. Found out when I got home she did not . They just lost a regular customer. Not that anyone seemed to care.
