Dr. Hotchkiss and his team are professional, kind and great at answering any questions you may have. The office staff are quick at getting back to you and are very friendly. I went to another spine surgeon, who was closer to my work, after my car accident and he was quick to want to do a spinal fusion, and at my age of 35, I was hesitant. The office personel are kind and understanding. Dr. Hotchkiss is a very caring, well informed of his patients conditions. He gives his sincere diagnosis of each patient. If surgery is not an option, he doesn't perform the surgery. Told me to run, if a surgeon wanted to perform surgery on me. I have complete faith in Dr. Hotchkiss. I would recommend him to everyone!

After years of ineffective treatment from neurologists at a local hospital, a year ago I took a family member's advice to try Dr. Hotchkiss at William Carrell Clinic. Highly impressed by Dr Hotchkiss and the care offered by the entire office staff.
My father suffered from terrible back pain, leg cramping, foot pain, and instability. Dr. Hotchkiss's incredible bedside manner put us all at ease during an unbelievably stressful and worrisome time. The surgery was a complete success and the recovery was amazing. Dr. Hotchkiss was beyond what we could have hoped or prayed for. His perfect blend of compassion and confidence put us at ease, and the outcome for my father could not have been better.
