After a failed fusion at another facility & a lifetime of back pain due to scoliosis, Dr. Hotchkiss did an entire fusion with rods inserted the entire length of my spine. I just had my one-year post-surgery check up & I have my life back!! I can predict the weather still, but I'm virtually pain-free! Dr. Hotchkiss & his staff are excellent & have gone above & beyond to ensure my continued improvement! ??Them! Wouldn't trust another neurosurgeon with a full stem-to-stern fusion. 100?s!!

It has been 90 days since my back surgery and I am very pleased with Dr. Hotchkiss and his work. Dr Hotchkiss recommended a much less aggressive or less invasive surgery than the two back doctors that I previously visited with. My physical therapy and recovery in general went much better than anticipated. A big thumbs up for this 70 year old's experience with Dr Hotchiss and his top notch staff.
Dr Hotchkiss takes plenty of time to listen to me, and answer all of my questions. He is very kind , caring, and intelligent.
Dr. Hotchkiss is a superlative surgeon. He is very professional. He is thoughtful, considerate and kind. He truly cares about his patients. He ranks among the very best doctors I have known. Furthermore, his staff is outstanding.

Takes the time to listen and explain everything and instills trust in his patients. State of the art office and friendly knowledgeable staff. I definitely would use him again if necessary, and suggest you check him out too. Great guy. Go see him. You'll agree.
Doctor Hotchkiss is a wonderful doctor. He cares about his patients and has so much patience and listens to you and does not rush you. I love the doctor and Carrel Clinic.
