Easily the worst experience with a mental health professional I've ever had. I have met with probably 6 therapists over the years. Incredibly painful, disorienting session. Felt consistently unheard and invalidated. Dr Heard made several personal self disclosures inconsistent with professional standards. I would not recommend him until you've sought a few other options first. Please.
I have seen Warren over the years for different issues and situations. Some things required more frequent, long term sessions, some were one or two visits. He is flexible and attentive and seems to actually understand instead of projecting his own perspective on you. He challenges me and holds me accountable for my own behavior and his wisdom has stuck with me.
