So, this is my second time through the program. The first time, 3 yrs ago, I lost 48 lbs in the 40 days and a total of 105 lbs. The good : changed my life, I became a cyclist (that in itself is amazing) and now ride nearly 8,000 miles a year. Even with all that exercise I gained about 30 lbs back in the last year. I went to Dr Urshan to help me detox. I only have half a thyroid and my levels are all over the place. I knew I needed help to get my insides to heal. The bonus was I lost weigh and I physically feel great. The whole staff helped me reach my goal, and took great care and pride in helping me get there.
