Took a Ridgid battery charger and a Ridgid battery in for warranty claim. I could not find ANY of my info online for the LSA. The gentleman behind the counter looked them up and found ALL of my registered tools, printed a list for me and offered a suggestion as to why nothing shows up online. He wrapped up the defective items and when I got home, I followed his suggestion to find my items on the Ridgid website and all is well!!! Thanks a ton for all of your assistance!!! 5 stars!!!

Dropped off my Milwaukee tool for warranty work. The counter guy was rude and made comments about how it wasn't purchased from them. No word on my tool for 5 weeks. Had to stop in and ask about it. Counter guy said they had the part and could fix it in 5 minutes, came out with my tool 10 minutes later. If it was that easy to fix why did I have to wait 5 weeks for the repair? The only reason this isn't a one star is because they actually did fix the tool. Next time I have a warranty problem I'll send my tool directly into Mil... read more

Dropped my saw off for warranty work. Two weeks later they said they couldnt get parts to fix it?? Charged me on top of it for an estimation fee. Got my saw back....not put back together"see pics" with a bag full of bolts. Skip this place go rite to the manufacturer I learned from this.
