Nothing to do with the providers… Iv called this place multiple times and each time I am waiting for someone to answer for at least 2 HOURS. The longest wait was almost 4 hours. Right at this second it’s been 2 hr and 34 mins. Doesn’t matter what time or day I call. I am trying to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment for a new patient…they were recommended, but this waiting time is absolutely ridiculous..need to hire more staff or something. Dr Walters is great. He listens, uses fact based diagnostics, a bedside manner that agrees with me, professional, and on time. I have been a patient for years, and I have no complaints. Heh, 5/5 and no notes
