First of all, Doctor Shaw is amazing. His nursing staff is great. Everybody listens they explain everything. I thought I was the only one that had an issue with the front desk person. Evidently it is not just me as I read other reviews. She is rude and patronizing and I have no idea why she is still working there. I have been very nice, and I thought she just did not like me. Dr Shaw is great! I’ve had a problem with my insurance, back and forth. I’ll get that straight. However, I will not return, due to the front receptionist. She is rude and not a good person. Miserable with herself I guess. Never again will I return there, especially after I was very polite.

Dr shaw is amazing, however his front desk re eptionist is horrible. His nursing staff are kind and listen well. His receptionist just pushed the final straw and lost him another patient. She has always been condescending, short, rude, demeaning, nose turned down "you are young NOTHING could be wrong with you" type of situation and makes sure that message has been conveyed with every single experience. Dr Shaw is a really good Doctor. The 3 stars is for the staff. TERRIBLE..

Listens, explains in detail. I am so impressed with his kindness, he is amazing and has a great staff.
