Come to your shop on 18/12/24 to have my tempered glass replaced on my phone. Waited half an hour for the glass to be set under a UV light, paid the £15 and left happy. Once home I noticed my sound on my phone during phone calls was really quiet, it appeared the tempered glass had been put on too high and was covering the ear piece. So took the phone back on 20/12/24 and explained the issue, to have the glass removed and sound went back to normal proving my concern.
