Dr. Tek does decent repair work, and it’s definitely a budget-friendly shop. However, I’d caution against going for their “refurbished” or so-called OEM parts, which are often recycled from other devices. I had my iPhone battery replaced with one they claimed was OEM, but within a month it started showing signs of failure. Unfortunately, had I gone with an aftermarket option, I probably would’ve been fine — but in this case, I was out of luck.
Absolutely amazing service! I went in for a cellphone repair and was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency. The lady working there is incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, and super helpful. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all the options before moving forward. The repair was done quickly and perfectly—my phone feels brand new! This store also has a great selection of electronics and accessories. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and expert help
Went to get my gaming tower unlocked they did it but I asked for a universal laptop charger which they ordered form their other location and had me pay 70$ up front for it so of course I found one for 34$ and went to get my money back the woman told me sorry they orderdit already so I left till they finished unlocking my tower when I got back to grab it he hands me a black web universal charger with the total wrong attachments and the package was open and ruined already plus they go for 28$ any where else be ware of these gu... read more
