They seem so professional and knowledgeable. They’ve made this process so much easier for me and have been so thorough! The staff and Dr Rotemberg seem so invested in your overall experience and comfort, and I am so excited to be having my procedure by such a skilled and caring Doctor and medical staff.
This office is a joke. They cancelled my daughter’s appointment last minute after we have been waiting a month. I was told the doctor is taking a vacation and when I called them back to reschedule, I was offered another appointment in 3 weeks which I could not take since my daughter was moving to college. Then they told me to come tomorrow. So I don’t understand how 5 min ago I was told the doctor is out of office for 3 weeks and now you have an appointment tomorrow? I am very confused!
