I'm so happy that I made the decision to enroll in Dr Sher's program. It takes the stress out of dieting and it really works! I've been struggling to lose weight and this plan helped to put my fat burning cells to work. I would highly recommend it.
Dr. Sher Bovay’s program was excellent! Post menopause, I had the a frustrating few years trying to lose weight. Nothing seemed to work, until I came across Dr. Bovays program. 6 weeks later, I was down 15 pounds and feeling great. Months later, I’ve been able to maintain with very little effort. To say I’m happy with the result is an understatement.
I can't say enough about how transformative it has been working with Dr. Sher Bovay. Her expert guidance helped me to lose almost 40 pounds over the course of 3 months. As a result, I have more energy, less joint pain and significantly more self-awareness about what my body needs AND doesn't need. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Sher to anyone who is looking to make some fundamental changes but needs a little assistance.
Dr Sher Bovay is knowledgeable and experienced weight-loss, health and well-being professional. She is invested in each of her clients success and tailors her successful program to meet the needs of all her clients. What can I say other than I lost 23 lbs is 6 weeks and felt supported each step of the way. I did the work, but having her program and instruction made what had seemed impossible totally possible.
