A big disappointment. "Doctor" did not even look at the photos of skin issues I am experiencing for the last year, was not listening to me or did not even check my medical history/ prescriptions. Never called for follow up after tests (that I had to ask to get done). I sometimes cant understand how Canadian Health authorities allow "doctors" like that treat people. Crazy.

Dr. Ebrahim effectively treated a staph infection in the skin and hair follicles on my face, that 2 years of waiting to see another specialist did not solve, in a matter of a few weeks. She gave me the proper oral medications for the necessary duration to effectively treat my infection, and then she provided special compound medicine topical prescriptions to round-out the treatment. I would not recommend this clinic. I reached out on August 7 and didn’t receive a clear reply until August 21, despite multiple follow-ups on my end. The information I was given was inconsistent—initially I was told consultation was $175 and removal ranged from $750–$800+, but when I pointed out that their own website listed $300–$500, the pricing suddenly changed to $495–$800.
