Gadi was fantastic. He fixed our Somfy shades and awning controls and programmed a new remote so quickly and efficiently. He arrived just when he said he would and was very kind and helpful. We'd happily use him again!
I had a great experience working with Dr Shade. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and really paid attention to detail. I wish I could write a better review. While our shades were installed a few weeks later than expected, that's not unusual for any contractor. One was missing, though, and three months after the rest were installed, and installed well, the job is still not finished despite regular reminders. Gadi is big on promises but fulfilling them has not been his strong suit.
Called them shade store and they refused to help and assist me with my shades because it wasn’t from their company. I found Dr shade and they helped immediately without hesitation. So professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable. The rest is history! I’m a forever customer
I am an Interior Designer in Philadelphia and I just installed an entire house with Dr. Shade Solar Shades. From the measure to the installation, the project was completed with ease, the cost was very fair and affordable and the turn around was within one week! The homeowner loves her new shades and how elegant they look! Having motorized shades on the larger windows was a small added expense that makes life so much easier! Thank you Dr.Shade!
