We’ve had our shades for a little over a year and all is well. I needed to charge our automatic shades and sent Gadi a message requesting help locating the charging port. He called me right away, came over and helped me set up the shades for charging. He even gave me an extra charger to speed things along. What remarkable service- above and beyond my expectations!
They are excellent and very reliable They replace our existing motorized shades with Somfy UltraQ RTS that are amazingly quiet.

Gadi was fantastic. He fixed our Somfy shades and awning controls and programmed a new remote so quickly and efficiently. He arrived just when he said he would and was very kind and helpful. We'd happily use him again!
