I was referred to Dr. Kabiri by my family doctor to help treat what turned out to be perioral dermatitis. I’m grateful for that referral. Dr. Kabiri recommended that I do a face/jaw tightening procedure. I trusted him and believed she would be the one performing it. I was never properly informed that zhala would be doing the treatment instead. If I had known that, I would NEVER have come that day. Zhala work is terrible. She previously did my microneedling and it caused severe acne and made my skin much worse than before. The treatment was extremely rough and careless. My face has never looked this bad. Dr. Kabiri is lovely and efficient, but the location itself is sooo dirty. There were stains and litter on the floor of the lobby and the exam room...
