Sara has been a tremendous help to me for several issues that I’ve been dealing with for a few years without success. Her treatment has been much more effective than any other physical therapists I’ve worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and very thorough. I feel so fortunate to have found her. I highly recommend her.
I recently moved to Beacon and needed to find a PT for a back and shoulder injury. I feel lucky that I stumbled upon Dr. Sara Mikulsky. She is the most knowledgeable PT I have ever seen. She is incredibly competent and knows the body inside and out. Sara is the most extraordinary physical therapist I've ever worked with. After my second hip replacement in a year (one in April 2025, one in Feb 2026), I felt I was not getting strength and range of motion back as fast as I had with my previous PT, so I sought someone more experienced.
