The 21- days sessions was honestly a wonderful experience.. I really enjoyed how the program was at your pace and no one else’s. During the 21 day I did a lot of self reflection, this program has helped me get past some things in my life that I have been caring and struggling with. When I first started program I was a little naive not understanding the program completely. I didn’t realize that I did not have to be in person to receive a change that would be so noticeable.
