The receptionists are absolute morons. They don't know the basics, they're rude and they get defensive very easily. The doctors are all great. I've got nothing but good words for them, all angels.
Completely useless. I just needed a simple filled in MatB1 certificate to log my maternity leave on my company's system. I used econsult which advised me that my certificate is ready for collection. I went in and receptionist told me it's not there and they can't do it, it must be done by the midwife. If so why don't you tell me at econsult stage?
