I have tried to speak with recptionist since 2 days and I couldn't. I need a prescription urgent.
I registered at the Hendon GP but now all calls go to Finchley practice where the receptionist is very rude. Why have a practice in GP and not run it from there? Perhaps best if they hand over the Hendon practice to someone who wants to run it?
If I could I would rate this surgery 0 stars, I would. After being told by the nurse to call back after I missed there call, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes on hold...to then be confronted by a rude receptionist who told me I will 'receive a call back '. I called them about 3 hours ago, there was a massive queue, which I completely understand. I chose for them to call back. I was called after a couple of hours as I was number 2 in that queue. However after holding the line for 25 minutes the line got disconnected on its own. I called them right back so that I don’t lose my place but now I was number 27 in that queue, meaning I got disconnected the moment I was number 1 in a queue.
