I called to inquire about a Clear + Brilliant appointment and was completely taken aback by the attitude of the man who answered. I understand that med spas have a responsibility to educate clients about procedures and associated risks — that’s expected and appreciated. But there is a significant difference between being cautious and being outright rude and condescending. My close friend called this med spa to inquire about an appointment and I was with her when she made the call. I heard everything. The man who answered was shockingly rude and condescending, not the kind of tone you’d ever expect from a place asking for your trust and your money. I completely understand that med spas have protocols and that certain treatments may not be right for everyone. But there is absolutely a respectful way to communicate that. I called in the late evening to reschedule an appointment because I wasn’t able to do it online. I had a hair appointment that took several hours and additional birthday obligations, and due to the location being in Hollywood, I realized it wasn’t somewhere I wanted to drive.
