My son recently had a very concerning experience at Dr. Refresh. As an LPN, I was alarmed when he told me what happened and showed me the significant bruising on his arm afterward. I personally saw the bruising and how extensive it became. What concerns me just as much is how the situation was handled afterward. Really disappointing experience. I was there with my husband and received a B12 injection myself, so I witnessed everything firsthand. The appointment was chaotic and unprofessional. During my husband’s attempted IV service, the IV was mishandled and fluid ended up spilling all over both of us instead of him receiving the treatment he came in for. just got my second hydrafacial with Sanaz. She is amazing and my skin is the best after seeing her! I’ve also done the cold plunge here and it’s an amazing experience. So clean and great facility
