I've seen Dr. Abare 6 times now and everything I leave the sessions, I feel better and better. She focuses on the affected areas which in my case is my lower back and shoulders and now I can walk better and move my arm with more ease. Thank goodness I found her.
Dr Rachel is kind and a good listener. She was thorough in my first visit and follow up visits have been nice. Very comfortable place to be and relax and let the acupuncture do its work.
Rachel is seriously great. I came in dealing with some pain and tension that just wasn’t going away, and after a few sessions with her I could really feel a difference. She knows what she’s doing and actually takes the time to listen and adjust based on how you’re feeling. Her space is super chill and relaxing, and I always leave feeling better. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who actually cares and gets results.
Rachel is very informative and patient. She explains with a very gentle touch. She gives different options and you can decide. I have done the acupuncture and cupping. This is the best I have felt in year with chronic pain. I look forward to my continued care with her. Thank you for caring.
Dr. Abare is terrific. I see her for acupuncture and cupping it’s a very comfortable atmosphere with your choice of sounds or music. She always checks on you to make sure everything’s going well. My absolute favorite part is the cupping.
