First my face to face consultation was changed to the telephonic one without informing me and the call was shortly done. When I requested to book another appointment with him, the staff told me it needs to be done again via app which means I had to wait for another week. Luckily I got the telephonic consultation for the same day but the Doctor was so rude the next time.
