Amazing service! Staff is knowledgeable!
I brought my phone in because some of the buttons weren’t working properly and I was having trouble getting it to charge. The technician took the time to test it with his own charger, confirmed the charging was working, and even cleaned the phone for free to help unstick the button. I really appreciated the fast, friendly, and honest service. Needed an SD card formatted for our security camera, promised he would have it done within the hour. Returned about 40 minutes later, and it was ready. He explained that he wasn't sure the card was formatted properly as it was encrypted. He did not charge us for this service. The SD card did work for us. We have had a lot of other services performed there before, and will definitely return there again.
