Book appointment online several days in advance for battery replacement. Show up on time and no battery in stock, told would they would order it and would arrive later that day and would receive a call to return. No call. Check back next day same thing. No call received after more than 2 weeks. No foresight to look at upcoming work to make sure battery in stock before customer arrives. Waste of time.
