I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. I purchased both, tickets for Carmen ballet and a prepaid parking pass expecting a coordinated, professional experience, but the parking situation was completely mismanaged, with a full garage, no clear assistance, and no real solution provided on site.
