I wasn't a patient I sat in the lobby waiting for someone. I observed some a very rude receptionist. And a MA that couldn't be bothered with a patient actually scuffed at him because he didn't speak English. This is an office that does DOT physical and drug tests for employers. Extremely sad A doctor is only as good as his staff.
Dr Bachman is phenomenal with work injuries! Wouldn't use anyone else for a company's Occupational health needs!
Pretty quick wait time for pre employment drug test, results take about 2-3 days though.
Very kind and spoke with empathy and compassion for patient
