There billing department stinks. They don't send you a paper statement that is needed for taxes at the end of the year. All statements are required to be on hand for 7 years in case of an audit. Now they want you to go into some portal to review and get your statements. They didn't notify me of this change until last week. Now they have my account on hold for not paying them.
