Dishonest. Look elsewhere. Even when I went to her she gave no advice on dealing with horrible chronic pain. Just take more pills. Useless. I’m glad that I found a real pain management doctor. One month my insurance changed from no referral to requiring a referral. UHC wouldn't pay. After giving up battling AARP UHC I paid over $200. As soon as I gave the receptionist the check she gave me a letter by Dr. Kasica. The letter, signed by Dr. Kasica, falsely claimed that she was no longer doing pain medicine, only injections. One month my insurance changed from no referral by PCP to requiring a referral. UHC wouldn't pay. After giving up battling AARP UHC I paid over $200. As soon as I gave the receptionist the check she gave me a letter by Dr. Kasica. The letter, signed by Dr. Kasica, falsely claimed that she was no longer doing pain medicine, only injections. I learned the next day that it was a lie from another patient who still goes there for pain medicine. Dr. Kasica cannot be trusted.
