Dr. O is very knowledgeable and a great motivator which is hard to come by in a doctor. The appetite suppressants he uses help tremendously, but you also have to exercise and watch what you eat as with any weight loss program. I've lost 10 pounds so far, and have 10 more to go. My only complaint is that his office is in the northside which is out of my way, but I'd probably drive further to see him.
