Dr. Cook did myomectomy surgery A few years back and she went above and beyond achieving the best outcome for me. I am so thankful to have had such a caring, and experienced doctor.
I never got to even see the doctor. I move a lot for my job and I was attempting to establish a relationship with a new doctor. I got an appointment a month out all to be told the doctor won’t see me and then the nurse had the nerve to tell me they found an abnormality from my last pap from the previous doctor and when I asked what it was as I got normal results she said oh nevermind it was a misunderstanding, who says that to a patient.
The best referral I ever received! She is the BEST!
I transferred to this office for pellet treatment after my doctor retired. As a new patient I was hopeful. The front office staff and assistants are wonderful. My 1st visit I saw Dr Cook and although she seemed a bit distracted she was very nice. I have had 4 treatments and there were issues each time. It seems even with blood work they could not get the levels right. Messages to the text service can go unanswered for days! Never got a phone call let alone a visit. ZERO Response. I have tried calling MULTIPLE time, submitting a form via their website MULTIPLE time, etc. They haven't called back. I even requested if they aren't taking new patients, just let me know. The lack of response is just RUDE!
Dr Cook’s office is neglectful. I’ve never had to advocate for myself so much. One of the receptionist is condescending and cold, and rather than acknowledging mistakes and approaching patients with empathy she is cold and unprofessional. Dr. Cook is unfortunately a reflection of that poor behavior and the unprofessional providers she refers her patients to. They are extremely over booked and mismanaging follow ups due to this. Dr. Cook is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Her staff is orderly, and her office is well-appointed. My visit was fine.
Excellent physician and office staff. On time appointments and knowledgeable doctor who takes her time with each patient. Love this office
