If I could rate this company with 0 stars, I would. Working with Christian Irving was the worst experience of my life. Because of him we almost lost our home that we were under contract with for 3 months. My husband and switch lenders after the 9th contract extension with Christian and his team and closed in 3 weeks with a more knowledgeable lender. Christian Irving was unreachable many times, arrogant, unknowlegeable, and made many mistakes during our time with him. Run far far away from this company and Christian Irving.
Where do I even begin!!!!!! If anything could have gone wrong, Dr Mortgage made it worse! Dr Mortgage committed sooooo many mistakes from the beginning! From submitting as incorrect loan. Not completing an appraisal. To not even knowing how to send a wire due to not enough staffing! I mean REALLY!?!?!? Closing was delayed 3 times due to their negligence!
