I’ve been seeing Dr. Monam for almost 4–5 years, and I’ve always had a great experience. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, explain things, and make sure I’m okay throughout the process. Over the years, she’s built a strong sense of trust that makes me feel safe and confident in her care. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’m truly grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor and team. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Dr. Monam. She took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my history, and provide clear and thoughtful solutions. I never felt rushed and truly felt heard and cared for. She was very kind, patient, and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Monam!
I had an appointment booked with this clinic in June, but when I needed to rebook, I was told I would be charged a $50 fee. What I find especially disappointing is that there doesn’t seem to be an effective reminder system to help patients avoid missing appointments in the first place. I also tried calling the clinic to discuss the situation, but couldn’t get through. Based on this experience, it honestly feels like they are not particularly interested in taking care of or attracting new patients. I would expect much better ... read more
