Rang to ask if could fix my partner iPhone 13 today and asked if could be done as quick as possible, man on the phone said could do it and to drop it off and will have it done within an hour and half . Drove to the shop where there was a sign saying back in 20 minutes waited 30 minutes for shop to reopen. Dropped phone in left a number to contact said be done before 4 which was over two hours later.
