Great store with a wide selection of phone cases and screen protectors. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and professional. They work quickly and efficiently, everything is done neatly and with great attention to detail. They also helped me choose the best option and explained everything clearly. Brought my ipad gen 10 to get fixed, the screen seemed fixed for a couple days then suddenly started getting black lines and the home button was off. Tried emailing, calling and texting but to no avail. Wasted $300 to fix my ipad only for it to not be completely fixed. i left my ipad alone for a couple days after i got it back and turned it on only for it to look like this! absolutely ridiculous
Went to get my Samsung Z Flip 6 screen replaced and they were able to do it in 15 mins! Luckily for me, they were not too busy on a tuesday afternoon. Customer service was quick, and gave honest advice on taking care of my screen. Replacement cost $75. Not too bad as I've seen other places online go for about $200+
Absolutely great service in a very timely manner. They explained everything and had the replacement parts done in 1 hour. I would definitely recommend Dr Mobile for getting your phone fixed. These guys are very professional and experienced. They also gave me a discount on the service .
