SCAMMER ALERT This place is terrible! They were supposed to fix my phone battery, it was fixed but after I received it and had it for a few hours I suddenly got these weird rainbow lines on my phone! Supposedly camera burns I’ve never had that problem with my phone before! I’ve had it for a while and never once has this ever occurred to me! Not until they replaced my phone battery! My camera has stopped working completely now! I am furious NEVER COME HERE!
I never write reviews, but I have to for this one.. Literally the best service for my electronics (from my experience: phones, laptops, consoles, and my sister’s personal computer). I have looked almost everywhere in Edmonton and even St. Albert for servicing, and disliked theur services and scamming ass QUOTES. We’ve brought my husbands phone here multiple times to get fixed (cracked screens, broken charging port, etc) and everyone we’ve dealt with has been so helpful and kind. They fix it quickly every time, and we always know we can bring it here and we can trust that it will be fixed properly. 10/10 recommend :)
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Mobile at West Edmonton Mall (near T&T). I dropped off my iPhone 14 Pro Max for repair after the screen became completely unresponsive. The staff told me it would be sent for diagnosis, free of charge, and take 3–4 weeks even sometimes longer. I wasn’t given any paperwork and was told nothing was required. Went to this location because it was close to me and the gentlemen helping me was so nice and kind! They fixed my broken camera glass on my main camera in under an hour! Would recommend these folks for phone repairs!
