SCAMMER ALERT This place is terrible! They were supposed to fix my phone battery, it was fixed but after I received it and had it for a few hours I suddenly got these weird rainbow lines on my phone! Supposedly camera burns I’ve never had that problem with my phone before! I’ve had it for a while and never once has this ever occurred to me! Not until they replaced my phone battery! My camera has stopped working completely now! I am furious NEVER COME HERE!
Whet to get my Google pixel phone screen repaired about a month agoone would hope they would use quality products but they do not they charged me almost $300 and told me it would be an hour. it took four or five then they forgot to re-enable the fingerprint scanner and now about a month later the screen was unresponsive and then it just completely glitched out after I tried to force reset it My guess is a cheap Chinese screen Not impressed ** Update Went back to see if they would warranty the phone the man did not he claim... read more
I took my iPad Pro 11 into Dr. Mobile after having exhausted all possible fixes with Apple, the Apple Store Southgate, various forums, etc.... A fellow name Aish was glad to give it a go to see if he could recover it. I left it there, without much hope for a good outcome. 40 minutes later, I received a call from Aish, saying that he was able to restore my iPad. I couldn't believe it! I never write reviews, but I have to for this one.. Literally the best service for my electronics (from my experience: phones, laptops, consoles, and my sister’s personal computer). I have looked almost everywhere in Edmonton and even St. Albert for servicing, and disliked theur services and scamming ass QUOTES. We’ve brought my husbands phone here multiple times to get fixed (cracked screens, broken charging port, etc) and everyone we’ve dealt with has been so helpful and kind. They fix it quickly every time, and we always know we can bring it here and we can trust that it will be fixed properly. 10/10 recommend :)
