My husband was the patient... $69 plus tax for a consult and x-rays - ok, fair enough. Compared to other chiropractors in the immediate area who charge $75 first visit, which includes full treatment after exam, leaving with no treatment, no results felt a bit disappointing. But it was the other details that stuck the fork in the possibility of another appointment. Dr. Ridgeway should be a Timeshare Sales Representative because he is a con man who uses high pressure sales tactics! I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here! He barely adjusted me then tried to set me up on 20 visit plan after having me watch a video from the 1980’s! This place is disrespectful to all medical offices out there and to anyone looking for help! Do not go here!!!!
Back Pain Relief. I am so happy to have found Dr. Ridgeway! He has not only helped me have more mobility, but is helping me with my pain relief. I was able to have my xrays done in office which was a very convenient service. Other places send you to imaging centers and can take weeks for results. I was read my results shortly after taking them. He put up my imaging on a screen and was able to see why my back was in such pain. He then put me on a plan for using the Accu-Spina. Dr. Ridgeway and his office staff were extremely pleasant and professional. I found him online because he worked with my insurance. My lower back was in crippling pain and my right hip would burn with pain. He was so thorough in our first visit to figure out my problems. I felt much better the next day and continuing to feel relief. Amazing!
I wish I could rate zero stars. This is no “doctor” He is a con man. Please, save your money and go somewhere else. I was in so much pain that I did not read reviews beforehand, but I wish I had. Disgusting office, terrible bedside manner. Upcharged me and lied to me. Barely adjusted me. I had zero relief. Even though Mike insisted I was “so much better.” I have truly never had such a bad experience with a so called “medical professional”. Do not go here.
