I had been going to this clinic for years, I won't go back. I was meant to get something cut out, obviously there was a communication breakdown and I was told there wasn't enough time, so I would have to come back another time. Fair enough, the communication breakdown was probably due to me postponing. But to then be charged $140 to be told to come back later was incredible. I was in shock, so just paid it and left. I’ll book in somewhere else.
Sundoctor in Nelson Bay is a well run practice usually easy to make an appointment, easy parking and no long waiting times. Dr Mike Reid is very experienced in this field and very down to earth.
Dr Johnston was friendly, thorough and professional at all times. I would recommend this practice.
