Today, my partner and I visited this store to purchase a pair of Dr. Martens. Unfortunately, the customer service was surprisingly unprofessional. The staff member assisting us appeared uninterested, cold, and disengaged. After choosing our shoes, we were left waiting for an extended period while our request seemed to be a low priority. When the sizes were eventually brought out, the interaction still felt unfriendly and dismissive.
