Today, my partner and I visited this store to purchase a pair of Dr. Martens. Unfortunately, the customer service was surprisingly unprofessional. The staff member assisting us appeared uninterested, cold, and disengaged. After choosing our shoes, we were left waiting for an extended period while our request seemed to be a low priority. When the sizes were eventually brought out, the interaction still felt unfriendly and dismissive. Visited here on sunday looking for my first pair of docs, amist the business of the weekend, natasha (the manager i believe) was super patient and explained everything in amazing detail so i knew exactly how i wanted the boot to feel and what i wanted to do help ease the breaking in. She explained how to take care of the shoe, the special socks i needed to help! Her knowledge and kindness made my first experience in this store wonderful, if i ever come back (which i will be) i’ll be looking for her
