I wush to thank John who was extremely helpful knowledgable patient and pleasant. He is a rare gem and the reason I was pleased with my purchases and experience. I have difficulties with my hip and he spoke to that and made very good reccomendations. I hope you appreciate him. The shop was full and he was the only staff member there. Amazing look after him

They’ve got a lot of stock but I waited 15 minutes to be served in a nearly empty store. Could I have flagged down one of the workers who was carrying boxes back and forth while yapping to their coworker? Sure. But when a customer is stood by the same pair of boots looking around desperately trying to make eye contact perhaps the burden of service is on you.
Shoutout Josh, was a great help with sizing and very knowledgeable about the range both current and past. Ended up picking up a pair of dark brown 1460s and was shown how to care for them and apply balsam.
The best Docs Store I have ever been, best service from Ethan! Sorry for the late comment. Got 3 best boots last week! See you next time!
