To the legend who was working on 23 September at 12:55PM THANK YOU for being so so lovely and making sure I didn't get the wrong size shoelaces! Your advice about keeping the leather conditioned and polished was also much appreciated! Fantastic customer service (My receipt says James; please pass it on to him!)
Thank you Christian. Been there a number times consistently excellent service. Give the man a pay rise he deserves it outstanding!
Outstanding service. So friendly and super helpful on choosing the right style and size. Highly recommend. Came away with some beauties!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff, stopped by on a Monday afternoon and recieved stellar help from the employee even though I asked 1000 questions. Love the balsam for keeping my boots in good order
