I had an awesome experience at Dr. Martens thanks to Rei. They really knew their stuff! leathers, fits, styles, and actually took the time to help me find the right pair without any pressure. Their break-in tips and care advice were super helpful and he felt genuinely passionate, not salesy. Great service all around.
Charlie was super attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me understand more about getting the right size for boots. It’s a pity that i had to return the boots I bought, as they don’t really match my style when trying at home. But Charlie was still happy to help me with the refund. Great service!
