What a bunch of legendary humans. The entire team i met were just the friendliest, most accommodating, and genuine staff i’ve come across in a long time. massive shoutout to Aaron who was both gracious enough to laugh at my terrible jokes and deal with my niche music references. so stoked to have walked into DM today and leave with a sick pair of shoes and a seriously fun shopping experience. I ❤ Aaron

Staff were amazing and so helpful
We have had the most exceptional service at Dr Martens today with Shane. Helping us with a warranty issue. He was tenacious in getting to the bottom of our small issue. Each and every time we have been to this store we have received superior customer service compared to other shoe retailers. Thank you Shane and the Harbour town crew. We wouldnt go anywhere else for school and work shoes!
Excellent staff - Cheyenne was fantastic.
