Amazing service on a Friday afternoon!! I needed some specific shoe laces for a Birthday party the following weekend and only Dr Martens had them. I live in a rural area and was expecting delivery at least 5 days later. I received them at 11.30am the following Monday. Equivalent next day delivery. I'm beyond impressed! Love these guys, and thankyou to Thu for getting my order sorted so quickly 💚

Not s bad range ,, a bit more expensive than I would have liked , but the service was good and the place was clean and tidy ,worth a stroll in and a look affordable sure .
I used to work at this store years ago and would’ve been reprimanded if I ignored customers the way I was ignored today (11.02.2026). I went into the store around 1ish and got a quick hi but that was it. I came in with the full intention of buying sandals.
