Went in for my first ever pair of Doc Martens. Raven was so patient and helped me land on a pair I really liked, as well as showing me how to take care of them. Super friendly as well as her colleague (didn’t get their name sorry). Would recommend to folks shopping for good quality boots to make your way to Dr Martens Chermside 😊
