Fantastic sales experience with Kelsey. Looking for lowcut docs for a long time.
I had a great experience and even better service today while trying to purchase a pair of loafers, although I couldn’t find, quite what I was looking for. The team there, Kelsey and Raven 😩 (oops) went above and beyond to ensure I had all options. And even helped order sizes for other purchases, in an easy an convenient manner. I highly suggest visiting the store for your next formal shoe wear shop, if not for the purchase than the service.
Had the most amazing experience with Tayler at Doc Martin Chermside. So knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Black monos
Taylor was awesome....very friendly. i will be back
Went in for my first ever pair of Doc Martens. Raven was so patient and helped me land on a pair I really liked, as well as showing me how to take care of them. Super friendly as well as her colleague (didn’t get their name sorry). Would recommend to folks shopping for good quality boots to make your way to Dr Martens Chermside 😊
