Hi. A positive shout out to Dot! A big thankyou for the very kind customer service just received over the phone. Hopefully we can obtain a resolution of the hiccup but you truely made all efforts to resolve at time of call with such a positive and friendly attitude. May sunshine always find you.

I'm leaving this comment for Parker. I just wanna say thank you for what you have done for me. The boots are perfect! I did see the massive Skechers, and I made it to my flight in time. Everyone should come in and give it a try if you have never worn boots or have never owned a pair of Dr. Martens. Parker is good at recommending their products, and he’s so hilarious. I had to catch my plane so I didn’t take a picture of what I bought, but they are really pretty! By the way, they are much cheaper than the Queen Street store.

Parker, the assistant who helped me was fantastic. Effortlessly managing my return and sourcing the final pair in my size from Melbourne. His level of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend giving him a visit.
