We visited the store on Saturday, 15 August, and my daughter and I were genuinely excited to be there. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. We were the only two customers in the store, yet the staff member seemed annoyed and unhappy to assist us. The shoes I bought didn't last more than a year before breaking just above the laces on both shoes. I returned to the store and they said there is only a year warranty and there is nothing they can do. They advised that they are no longer made in the UK and not the quality that they used to be.
