I’ve been seeing Dr. Mark for multiple different conditions that I saw my PCP for that they weren’t able to fix. After the first acupuncture appointment I had with Dr. Mark I knew I’d found the help I needed! Not only does the treatment work, Dr. Mark is personable and truly cares about his patients!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Mark VanOtterloo since 2019 for more than 1 condition & am most impressed with his comprehensive knowledge of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture therapies. Never done dry needling before but have heard great things about it - decided to give it a try and am very happy I did. Dr. VanOtterloo explains everything before, during and after the procedure and my initial apprehensions on "being stuck with pins" were unfounded. Barely felt anything and am enjoying pain relief as well!
Western Medicine NEVER helped my GI problems. NEVER recognized an undiagnosed cholesterol problem. Dr. Mark tunes in ! Dr. Mark investigated a pattern of inflammation. WHY and HOW to treat my persistent health situations came about by studying my medical records, our conversations, then investigating with tests. Result, I'm 100% better from what has been years of GI distress. Dr. Mark and Eastern Medicine is remarkable. And imagine, a doc who stays in touch! Lesson Learned
